Booking Process

To book me for your special day, a £300 non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance will then be due in two 50% payments. The first 50% will be 4 months before your wedding date. The Final 50% will be due on my arrival on the day of your wedding. You also have the option to pay monthly via Direct Debit with 0% interest.
A digital contract will be emailed over after booking. This will have all the information in that you need including payment dates and will also confirm your wedding date and location.

With the Client Gallery you get:
All images available online
Password protected (No one else will know this password unless you give it out)
Option to have a separate password to your wedding guests, giving you control to 'hide' specific images from people that you still wish to share the gallery with.
Option to give freedom of download to individual images or the whole gallery without a password
Option to add a password for downloads so you can pick and choose who can download your images
Option to share to all social media platforms
Options to create 'favourite' lists to help you decide which ones you wanted printed etc.
 

T&C’s - 01/01/2017 to Current.

-The Deposit/Booking fee is non-refundable.

-The use of drone is subject to weather condition, GPS restrictions, venue restrictions and time constraints.
-All ‘items’ listed in the wedding packages are subject to the wedding party providing sufficient cooperation to help the photographer capture desired moments.

-A Sneak preview in some occasions may not be provided within ‘a few days’ in periods where the photographers have work, holidays or other commitments in the days following the wedding date.

-A consultation meeting or any meeting is the responsibility of the client to make themselves available and be equally if not more responsible for organising meetings.

-An Engagement Photoshoot, whether included in a package or purchased separately is the responsibility of the client to organise and make themselves available for, in the event of an Engagement Photoshoot not taking place before the wedding, the price will not be reduced from the original agreed price.

-It is the clients responsibility to ensure that Bridal and Groom preparations are within a reasonable distance for a single photographer to capture both without causing issues to the desired timeline of the wedding day for the photographer.

-Little Details/Macro shots can be subject to time constraints, the photographer will always do their best to fit this in but cannot guarantee it.

-Photobook prices are not guaranteed to stay the same, between booking for the wedding date and ordering a photobook after the wedding as prices can fluctuate, due to change in cost. To avoid this possibility the client is welcome to add a photobook to the purchasing package.

-If a photobook is purchased within a package, the photobook must be ordered within 12 months of the wedding date, failure to do so will not result in a refund.

-The photographer remains the owner of all images taken, although the client has the full rights to print images as they wish, businesses and wedding suppliers need the photographers consent to use any images.
